Value Pet Insurance Plan
The Value Plan reimburses you for unexpected accidents and illnesses to your pet. Reimbursement is 90% after a $50 per incident deductible up $1,000 annually for accident treatment and up to $1,000 annually for illness treatment. The total annual benefit limit is $2,000.
