Preferred Pet Insurance Plan
The Preferred Plan reimburses you for unexpected accidents and illnesses to your pet. Reimbursement is 90% after a $50 per incident deductible up $2,500 per incident. This plan also includes a $220 annual routine care allowance per pet. Reimbursement for routine expenses is 90% up to the limit specified in the routine care allowance. There is no deductible for routine care claims. The total annual benefit limit is $12,000.
