If your card is lost or stolen
Were here to help in an emergency. Call us as soon as possible any time of the day or night toll-free at 1-888-354-5464. You may also report
the loss to MasterCard® directly or to banks displaying the MasterCard® logo. We can arrange to send replacement cards and emergency cash.
Low monthly payments
To give you greater flexibility with your finances, the minimum amount you have to pay each month is only 1% of your statement balance or $10, whichever is greater.
4 Convenient options to pay your bill
You can make payments using 1-2-3 ONLINE?, by telephone, by mail, or have them made automatically with AutoPay. Payments made online or by phone can be applied the same day you make them*.
- 1-2-3 ONLINE™ is your FREE online account management and bill payment service. You can set your payment to be applied to your account on the same day* or schedule it for a future date. Simply click on the ?Sign In? button to the right.
- To pay by telephone from a checking account, simply call Customer Service at 1-888-257-6437. Payments can be applied the same day you call*. There is a fee for this service.
- To pay by mail, see the instructions on the reverse of your statement. Make your check payable to: Kroger Personal Finance. Please mail your payment at least 10 business days before your payment due date.
- To have your bill paid automatically, FREE each month, enroll in AutoPay. Click Here to download more information and the AutoPay enrollment form. For best results use the latest version of Adobe® Reader® to view the PDF file.

Please note: If your payment due date falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be due on the last business day prior to your due date.
* Your payment request must be made before a specific time on a business day for it to be applied to your account on that same day. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-257-6437 to confirm times.
